CHRISTIAN DUMMER
After spending several years in Accenture on CRM and ERP projects, Christian started his journey in Pharma where he held various IT positions for Pharmacia and Pfizer in Italy and EMEA, working mainly on CRM, KOL Management and Business Intelligence strategy and implementations, as well as on managing IT integrations (Monsanto/Searle, Wyeth) and application razionalization programs.
Christian then took a new direction, leading supply chain and business operations in Consumer Health/FMCG, with senior positions in Italy and Southern Europe for Pfizer, GSK and Haleon, interweaved with roles leading corporate transformation projects in DACH and EMEA.
He’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
NICOLETTA VALSASINA
Nicoletta built her career covering constantly growing roles in Finance, from Analyst in Pirelli to CFO in Medtronic and Group CFO in GSK.
In parallel she has managed both transformation and integration projects in different contexts: revamping of manufacturing in Pirelli SA, network reshaping in Vodafone Europe, EMEA reorganization in Johnson & Johnson, integration of new acquired company in Medtronic and Covidien incorporation in Italy, Novartis and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare integration into GSK EMEA, spin off of Consumer health care from GSK and creation of Haleon (NewCo) and related portfolio Optimization in EMEA & LATAM.
